Lead HVAC Residential Installer Job Summary:

The lead Installer is responsible for the installation of all HVAC residential equipment and is committed and dedicated to providing the needs of our customers in an efficient and dependable manner. Communication is key with our clients regarding the install process, including all work performed within the provided scope of time is essential to the success of this position. A professional appearance and behavior must be always maintained.

Lead HVAC Residential Installer Responsibilities:

You will be scoping out, planning, outlining, and installing HVAC equipment, ductwork, and piping in a residential setting. This position is directly related to ensuring a strong customer relationship. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Lead Installer.

• Plan and implement HVAC equipment installs, installing ductwork, and piping as needed
• Ability to install boiler systems
• The document installation process of all work performed
• Maintain and Supervise projects including all timelines and work descriptions
• Complete all system startups at end of each installation and complete all diagnostic reports
• Maintain and control all details as they relate to the installation, and crew
• Assist in the growth all additional assistant installers
• Maintain level of superior service while maintaining Temperature Pro brand of excellence
• Communicate with homeowners on job process and any updates about delays in project

Lead HVAC Installer Skills Needed:

• HVAC: 3-5 years (Required)
• Boiler (water, oil, steam): 2 years (Required)
• EPA Certification Type II (Required)
• Universal Refrigerant license
• Driver’s License plus clean driving record (Required)
• Able to operate under specific time restraints
• Install Team management experience (HIGHLY PREFERRED)
• Commercial experience a plus
• Strong knowledge of HVAC industry best practices and building codes
• Positive attitude, exceptional people skills, professional appearance and behavior, and a desire to grow and lead
• Strong work ethic: reliable, dependable, punctual
• Able to pass a background and drug screening check (random testing may occur)
• Physically fit, able to lift heavy loads and work overhead
• Service Titan experience is a plus!

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
• $3000 Signing bonus
• Bonus Pay
